Homeopathic Herbalism
Herbs help to promote flow and movement in the body, releasing stuck energy and processes so that you can come back into alignment. A homeopathic approach is characterized by small doses of a whole plant that are taken for a short time until the body's inherent ability to heal itself is restored. I am currently enrolled in Registered Herbalist Lise Wolff's course Three Seasons of Herbal Wisdom.
I will start taking herbal consultations in February of 2026.
Wild Foraged Body Care Products
I've been involved in growing and harvesting my own flowers and herbs for as long as I can remember, and have taken various wild plant foraging and bushcraft courses over the years. I'm passionate about the natural world and have found that utilizing wild-foraged plants in my homemade body care products can help people connect to the world around them throughout the seasons.
Equine Bodywork
The wellbeing and consideration of our equine family members takes up a whole lot of space in my heart. I will be sharing my journey as I learn more about the application of bodywork and herbalism to horsekeeping on my blog. I've trained in the Masterson Method, Bowen Massage for Equines, and am currently studying barefoot trimming and hoof care.
