Add hot stones to any treatment to help knots and tender spots to release. Promotes overall relaxation—if you have a hard time shutting off your brain or relaxing this is a great option for you

Cupping

The use of silicone cups can help to stretch and release tight fascia in specific areas of concern. 

Mini Facial

Facial treatment with hot stone massage, homemade organic light enzyme peel mask formulated using seasonal fruits, moisturizing hyaluronic acid, and organic oils serum application followed by under-eye gel mask. 

Honey and wild-foraged medicines handmade Body Cream

Great for dry, sensitive skin this local beeswax, propolis, and manuka honey mixture leaves skin soothed and hydrated (not sticky!). Great for after-sun care. No essential oils used, just the delicate fragrance of the bees and a selection of oil-infused, wild-foraged plants depending on your current needs.

In-home massage service - $50

I’m available to come to your home with my massage table—this is especially helpful to postpartum families, or for those with limiting health conditions. If you book more than one massage per visit, I will waive the extra fee. People often invite the people who are helping them in the postpartum period to schedule a massage with them and take turns caring for baby. Its easier for me to schedule home visits when it’s for more than one and less than four massages in a day. Reach out via email for scheduling.
